
Mike Gresk
Mike Gresk has called Wheaton home for half a century. With 52 years of marriage under his belt, he’s a devoted family man with two sons and three grandchildren. Mike’s civic engagement is impressive: he served 20 years on the City Council, including 12 years as the Mayor. Additionally, he spent 4 years as a Wheaton Park District Board Commissioner.
Beyond his public service, Mike is an active member of St. Michael Parish and contributes to the Church Re-Building Committee. He’s also a member of the Wheaton Lions Club and a member of the Wheaton Noon Rotary Club. As if that weren’t enough, Mike has led the Exchange Club of West DuPage as its President.
Mike’s professional journey includes roles as an educator (from grammar school to college), a small business owner/operator in Wheaton, and a community banker. He also served as the Director of Development for a Wheaton non-profit organization and served various leadership capacities with theDowntown Wheaton Association and the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce.
